Firearms
Once a firearm has been delivered to a customer, it may not be returned for full credit. Whether the firearm has been fired or not, it will be considered a used firearm. Arrangements can be made to sell the firearm back to the store or placed on consignment.
Please bring the item(s) you wish to return or exchange along with the return portion of the packing slip form to Bob’s Gun Shop, where your refund or exchange will be promptly processed.
Presently, online orders may be shipped to the United States only. No international orders at this time.
You may not ship items to multiple addresses.
U.S. possessions - Please allow an extra 5-10 days for delivery.
Business days do not include weekends and holidays.
PO Boxes / APO / FPO addresses will be shipped via U.S. Postal Service - Please allow an extra 5-10 days for delivery. Tracking is not available on shipments to PO Boxes / APO / FPO addresses.
Shipping dates are valid for in-stock items only.
Additional shipping charges may be required on oversize or heavy items. See Other Shipping Information below.
When you add an item to your shopping cart, we believe that item is in stock. However, in some cases, the inventory may not be available. If for some reason we cannot fill your entire order, we will contact you directly within 48 hours of the time you placed your order. If all of your items are available, we will generally ship them within 48 hours.
When the item is ready for delivery, the freight company will call you to schedule a delivery time. Please be sure to provide a daytime phone number when you enter the shipping address so the freight company can contact you when the order has arrived. You should obtain the freight company’s phone number in case you need to change the delivery time. For most freight items, delivery is "to the curb." The driver is not responsible for carrying the package into your home. Please arrange for help to move it if needed, and please be sure someone is available to sign for the delivery at the scheduled time.
We ask that you always inspect your package for damage before signing for the delivery. If the package is damaged but the merchandise looks unaffected, note the damage on all delivery receipts before signing. If the package is damaged to an extent the merchandise may be damaged, please refuse delivery and call our Customer Service Department at 757-627-8311.
If you discover a problem after you’ve accepted delivery, please call our Customer Service Department at 757-627-8311. We may be able to resolve the problem without requiring you to return the item. You should retain all packing material until you’re completely satisfied with the condition and performance of your purchase, since doing so will make it easier to return the item if necessary. If you wish to return the item, please call Customer Service at 757-627-8311. We will arrange the return shipment with a freight company.
